TIG & MIG Welding in Worcester & UK-wide.
Our welding bay is staffed by experienced fabricators producing clean TIG work on stainless, aluminium and titanium, plus production MIG welding on mild steel structures. Assemblies, enclosures, frames and pressure components are all welded in-house.
- TIG welding for stainless, aluminium and titanium
- MIG welding for mild steel production work
- Complex assemblies and weldments
- Weld-prep and finishing under one roof
Our welding process, end-to-end.
Weld-prep
Laser-cut and bent components are jigged and tacked. Edges are prepped — bevels, root gaps and back-purge setups — to suit the material and weld procedure.
TIG welding
Clean, controlled TIG welds on stainless, aluminium and titanium. Ideal for visible welds, hygienic equipment and thin-gauge work where heat input matters.
MIG welding
Production MIG welding on mild steel structures and heavier-gauge assemblies — strong, fast and economical for frames and weldments.
Dress & inspect
Welds are dressed back where the part calls for it, then visually inspected against the drawing before moving to finishing.
Where welding is used.
Hygienic stainless
Food, pharma and weighing-line equipment — full-penetration, polished welds ready for electropolishing.
Frames & chassis
MIG-welded mild steel frames, skids and chassis for machinery and vehicles.
Tubular weldments
Tube-to-tube and tube-to-plate weldments for handrails, guarding and structural assemblies.
Pressure & enclosure work
Sealed enclosures, ducting and low-pressure vessels welded to drawing.
Welding questions, answered.
Do you weld aluminium and stainless in the same shop?
Yes — but aluminium is welded in a separated bay with dedicated tools to avoid cross-contamination.
Can you supply weld procedure documentation?
We can provide weld maps and material traceability on request for regulated industries.
Do you do on-site welding?
We're a workshop fabricator — site welding is by exception and quoted on a project basis.
In-house LVD Helius 3kW fibre laser. Stainless, aluminium, mild steel, tin and titanium from 0.5–20mm.
CNC press brake forming with a comprehensive tooling library — delicate brackets to heavy-gauge enclosures.
Electropolishing, mirror & satin polish, powder coating and anodising — managed end-to-end through trusted UK suppliers.
Complete sheet metal fabrication from flat blanks to welded, finished assemblies — prototypes, batches and production runs.
Dedicated CAD engineer — design-for-manufacture, drawing control and laser nesting from your DXF/DWG files.
Send us your drawings.
We'll quote within 24 hours.
