How we deliver finishing
Our finishing process, end-to-end.

Specify the finish
Tell us the RAL, polish grade or anodise colour. We'll confirm the right pre-treatment and masking based on the part geometry.

Pre-treatment
Parts are deburred, degreased and masked where required so coatings key properly and threaded holes stay clean.

Apply the finish
Powder coating, electropolishing, anodising or hand polishing — managed end-to-end through trusted UK finishing partners we've used for years.

Mark, inspect, pack
Optional electrochemical marking for serials, batch codes and logos. Final inspection before parts are wrapped and shipped.

Yes — masking is part of every finishing job to keep threads, bushes and mating faces clean.
