Sheet Metal Fabrication in Worcester & UK-wide.
Our Worcester workshop brings laser cutting, CNC bending, welding, finishing and assembly together as one fabrication route. We build everything from simple brackets and guards to complex stainless assemblies, managing tolerances, drawing revisions and delivery dates through one accountable team.
- Complete fabrication under one roof
- Laser-cut, formed, welded and finished assemblies
- Prototype, batch and repeat production work
- Stainless, aluminium, mild steel, tin and titanium
- Drawing-led inspection before packing and dispatch
Our sheet metal process, end-to-end.
Drawing review
We review your drawing pack, sketches or sample part and confirm the best route through laser cutting, bending, welding, finishing and assembly.
Cut and form
Flat patterns are laser-cut, nested for material yield, then formed on the CNC press brake with bend allowances checked against the final assembly.
Weld and assemble
Fabricators jig, weld and assemble parts using TIG or MIG depending on material, strength, appearance and production volume.
Finish and dispatch
Parts are deburred, polished, coated or marked as specified, inspected against the drawing, protected for transit and shipped UK-wide.
Where sheet metal is used.
Machine guards
Folded and welded guarding, covers and brackets for production equipment and automation lines.
Stainless assemblies
Food, pharma and weighing equipment with clean welds and finish-ready surfaces.
Electrical enclosures
Laser-cut and folded cabinets, panels and boxes with punched apertures and fixings.
Architectural metalwork
Fascias, trims, panels and bespoke visible metalwork finished to installation standard.
Sheet Metal questions, answered.
Can you make a complete assembly rather than just cut parts?
Yes — complete assemblies are exactly what the workshop is set up for, including cutting, folding, welding, finishing, marking and packing.
Can you work from a sample part?
Yes. We can reverse engineer a sample into drawings, agree any improvements, then fabricate replacements or repeat batches.
Do you handle both prototypes and repeat orders?
Yes — one-off prototypes, small batches and scheduled production work are all handled through the same drawing-controlled process.
