Laser Cutting in Worcester & UK-wide.
Our LVD Helius 3kW fibre laser cuts everything from one-off prototypes to long production runs. We program direct from your DXF, DWG or STEP files, nest intelligently to maximise material yield, and turn urgent prototype work the same or next working day.

Drop a DXF, DWG, STEP or even a marked-up PDF into our quote inbox. Our CAD engineer reviews geometry, kerf and bend allowances before anything hits the laser bed.
Nesting & programming
Parts are nested intelligently across the 3000 × 1500 mm bed to maximise yield from the sheet. Cut paths, lead-ins and pierce points are programmed for clean edges and minimal heat distortion.
Fibre laser cutting
The LVD Helius 3kW fibre laser cuts stainless, aluminium, mild steel, tin and titanium from 0.5–20 mm with ±0.1 mm typical tolerance. Edges come off the bed clean and weld-ready.
Quality, deburr & dispatch
Every job is checked against the drawing. Parts are deburred where required, packed to protect finished faces, and either collected or shipped UK-wide on a next-day pallet service.

Prototypes
Same / next-day turnaround on one-off DXF parts so engineers can iterate without waiting on tooling.
Production runs
Repeatable accuracy across thousands of parts — nested, batched and scheduled around your delivery dates.
Architectural panels
Decorative perforations, signage faces and fascia panels cut from stainless and aluminium.
Brackets & enclosures
Flat blanks ready for bend-up into machine guarding, electrical enclosures and structural brackets.
Laser Cutting questions, answered.
What file formats do you accept?
DXF, DWG and STEP for production work. PDF is fine for quoting but we'll ask for a vector file before cutting.
What's your minimum order?
There's no minimum — we cut single prototypes as readily as 10,000-off production batches.
How fast can you turn a prototype?
Most prototype DXF work is cut and ready for collection within 24–48 hours of order confirmation.
CNC press brake forming with a comprehensive tooling library — delicate brackets to heavy-gauge enclosures.
Coded TIG and MIG welders working stainless, aluminium, titanium and mild steel — sheet, plate and tube.
Electropolishing, mirror & satin polish, powder coating and anodising — managed end-to-end through trusted UK suppliers.
Complete sheet metal fabrication from flat blanks to welded, finished assemblies — prototypes, batches and production runs.
Dedicated CAD engineer — design-for-manufacture, drawing control and laser nesting from your DXF/DWG files.
