Bring us a sketch, CAD file or established drawing pack. Our Worcester team reviews manufacturability, cuts and forms the parts, completes welding and finishing, then packs them for collection or delivery anywhere in the UK.

Laser Cutting

Our in-house LVD Phoenix FL-3015 fibre laser combines a 3050 × 1525 mm sheet capacity with CNC-controlled focus adjustment and an integrated shuttle table. From one-off prototypes to repeat production runs, we prepare your drawings and nest parts efficiently to make the most of each sheet, with finished components supplied throughout the UK.

CNC Bending & Folding

Our CNC press brake bay handles complex multi-bend parts with consistency and repeatability. With a comprehensive tooling library we form parts from delicate 0.5 mm brackets through to heavy 20 mm structural components — all with consistent tolerances over full production runs.

TIG & MIG Welding

Our welding bay is staffed by experienced fabricators producing clean TIG work on stainless and aluminium, plus production MIG welding on mild steel structures. Assemblies, enclosures, frames and pressure components are all welded in-house.

Metal Finishing

We coordinate a full finishing pipeline so your parts arrive ready to install. Hygienic electropolished stainless for pharma equipment, powder-coated steel enclosures, anodised aluminium fascias, and permanent electrochemical part marking — all managed from Worcester.

Full Finishing service

Metal Polishing

We polish fabricated metal parts to the grade you need, from a practical satin brush that hides fingerprints to a full mirror finish that reflects its surroundings. Polishing is carried out in-house on stainless steel, aluminium and mild steel, either as a standalone service or as the final step after cutting, folding and welding.

Sheet Metal Fabrication

Our Worcester workshop brings laser cutting, CNC bending, welding, finishing and assembly together as one fabrication route. We build everything from simple brackets and guards to complex stainless assemblies, managing tolerances, drawing revisions and delivery dates through one accountable team.

We don't just fabricate — we engineer for manufacture. Our dedicated CAD engineer reviews every project for cost-down opportunities, controls drawings and revisions, and programs the laser directly from your DXF/DWG files using nesting technology to maximise material yield.
