DFM review
Before bending, our CAD engineer checks bend radii, flange lengths and tool clearances against your drawing — flagging any features that will cause collisions or distortion.
Tool selection
We pick from a comprehensive press-brake tooling library — V-dies, gooseneck punches, hemming tools — to match material thickness, inside radius and flange height.

The CNC press brake bends complex multi-axis parts to ±0.5° with consistent springback compensation across the full production run.
Inspection & assembly prep

Can you bend laser-cut parts in the same job?
Yes — most of our work is laser-cut and bent in-house, so there's only one supplier, one lead time and one quality check.
What's the largest part you can fold?
Our press brake handles parts up to 3 metres long. Longer panels can be supplied flat with bend lines pre-programmed.
How tight a bend radius can you achieve?
Inside radius is typically equal to material thickness, but we can quote tighter radii using gooseneck or radius tooling.
