About

Engineering you can trust by the millimetre.

King Sheet Metal Ltd was founded in 2004 in Worcester. Our team brings together more than 140 years of combined sheet metal experience — and a refusal to compromise on quality.

Our story

King Sheet Metal Ltd is an established sheet metal and fabrication company based in Worcester. Founded in 2004, the business brings together more than 140 years of practical sheet metal experience across its skilled fabrication team, combining traditional workmanship with modern production equipment.

We manufacture high-precision components, welded fabrications and complex sheet metal assemblies for customers in sectors including weighing and packaging, pharmaceutical, defence, automotive, architectural and tubular products. Every project receives the same close attention, whether it is a one-off prototype, a small batch or a repeat production run.

Our in-house LVD Phoenix FL-3015 fibre laser cutter gives us direct control over cut quality, scheduling and urgent requirements. Alongside laser cutting, our CNC press brake, TIG and MIG welding facilities and dedicated CAD support allow us to take work from an initial drawing through forming, fabrication and finishing.

We aim to be a reliable, cost-effective manufacturing partner rather than simply a parts supplier. Our team works with customers to review designs, improve material use and identify practical ways to simplify manufacture before production begins. Completed work can be collected from Worcester or delivered to customers across the United Kingdom.

How we help

Practical engineering at every stage.

Our capabilities support new product development, urgent replacement parts and established production schedules. Send a drawing, a digital file or an initial requirement and the team will help establish a suitable manufacturing route.
